Networks and Channels Streaming the Raptors This Year

The Toronto Raptors are a well-known, Canadian professional basketball team based out of the city of Toronto, Ontario.  The Raptors actually compete in the NBA, as a member of the league’s Eastern Conference Atlantic Division along with the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, and New York Knicks.  The team was established relatively recently as NBA teams go, getting started in 1995, along with the Vancouver Grizzlies, as part of the NBA’s expansion up into Canada.  When the Grizzlies relocated to Memphis, Tennessee to become the Memphis Grizzlies in the year 2001, the Raptors became the only Canadian-based team in the NBA, and it still is to this day too.  They originally played their home games at the SkyDome in that area, before later on moving eastward along Bremner Boulevard to the Air Canada Centre in the year of 1999.
