TBS or Turner Broadcasting System is owned by Time Warner. The network is available in over a hundred million homes with cable television across the US. The channel carries an array of programs including comedies and sports events like those of Major League Baseball, NCAA Basketball, NASCAR, etc. However, the channel is seen as the home of the Atlanta Braves (MLB team), which was previously owned by Ted Turner and their games were its signature program. The team was and is popular in Georgia and various neighboring states. TBS continues to air a number of MLB games though not as frequent as before.
