Networks & Services Streaming WNBA Games This Year

The Women’s National Basketball Association or WNBA as it is called is composed of twelve teams. Founded in 1996, as a counterpart to the NBA, the league started playing a year later in 1997. The association’s regular season is scheduled from June to September with the All-Star game usually scheduled sometime in July with the finals at the end of September. Interestingly the WNBA have their direct male counterparts, and so their games are played in the same arenas. The only teams that don’t share an arena are the Connecticut Sun, Atlanta dream, Las Vegas Stars, Seattle Storm, Dallas Wings and Chicago Sky.
